I highly recommend House to Home Design & Remodel! Before finding them, I couldn't get other contractors to even return phone calls, and one even told me my project was impossible. Brian and Jacky completely changed the game. Jacky handles the design and communication with patience and expertise, and Brian is an exceptional GC who got this major renovation done smoothly in a fast three months.

The transformation of my house is truly remarkable. H2H took an outdated, dark kitchen layout—which used to have heavy orange wood cabinets and cramped sightlines—and turned it into a stunning, functional, open-concept masterpiece complete with custom cabinetry, a dedicated mudroom with a pet wash, and an incredible built-in dining bar.

The team’s craftsmanship and attention to detail shine through in every corner of the house. We love how they preserved the historic charm of our home while modernizing it for comfort and convenience.

The onsite work crew—Ryan, Jon, and Mike—were absolutely wonderful. Anyone who’s ever lived through a major remodel knows it is like having daytime roommates. These three gentlemen were incredibly polite, professional, and went out of their way to be considerate of my workspace. They cleaned up exceptionally well every evening and were very sweet to my excitable, occasionally crazy dog.

Finding an excellent contractor is incredibly difficult, so do yourself a favor and give House2Home a call. You won’t regret it!

We highly recommend House2Home Cleveland! We had a great experience working with Jacky, Brian and their team. Through every phase of the process from design to finishing touches, their attention to detail and quality of work resulted in a beautiful finished project. We can’t recommend them enough and we will definitely be using them again for future home renovations.

Working with Jacky, Brian & team from House to Home has been one of the best experiences we've had with any renovation to our home. Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of renovating their home. Renovating your home, while living in the construction, can be a stressful period and the whole House to Home team made it a smooth process. My children looked forward to everyday seeing the team and then all the progress that was made every day!

The remodel process was well communicated, realistic expectations and timelines. Creative and collaborative ideas/solutions for remodeling our entire second floor. The design process with Jacky was easy and effortless for me, she was fantastic using my inspiration photos & ideas, and turning them into realistic solutions that fit into our home aesthetic.

We are looking at our home now, and wondering what other projects we can have House to Home transform for us!

Highly recommend H2H and only we wish we had found them sooner. They improved our layout beyond the original architectural plan, and Jacky was excellent and patient through multiple design iterations. Brian is a knowledgeable contractor, straightforward on what works or doesn’t work, and keeps a close eye on all trades even roofing & windows that were not in his scope.

We bid multiple contractors in two separate rounds as we were disappointed to n the quality and responsiveness in round one. We selected chose H2H and we’re confident it was the right decision. They’re opening up our first floor with a major steel beam install, reworking the kitchen from front to back of the house and adding a new primary ensuite with walk in closets in the old bonus room. The project was schedule with just 1 additional week due to some additional changes we made and came in on budget, even with a the few surprises.

Brian is responsive, flexible and was great at working through challenges always with a solution after the initial red flag. The site was kept clean, organized, and professional every day. Very happy with our choice.

We recently used House to Home Cleveland for a full bathroom remodel, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful, invested, and committed to delivering the project on time and on budget.

The materials used were top-notch, and we didn’t have to compromise on a single detail. Jacky’s designs exceeded our expectations and brought our vision to life in ways we couldn’t have dreamed. The pricing was right in line with what we anticipated, and the project even came in under budget.

Everyone we worked with throughout the entire project was fantastic—approachable, highly communicative, and transparent throughout the entire process. Despite the potential invasiveness of a bathroom remodel, we always felt informed and in control.

If you’re looking for a team that delivers quality, creativity, and and an outstanding overall experience, look no further. We won't hesitate to recommend House to Home Cleveland and challenge anyone to find a better experience with a home remodel.

My husband and I purchased a house with hopes of updating a lot inside. We were searching for help and started getting frustrated with what we were finding. I found House to Home while simply doing a google search. Something about them just seemed right! We met owners Jacky and Brian at our new home where we showed them what we wanted to update. They were the first people we talked with that actually gave us options based on our budget! We had plans to gut the master bath and make it larger, put in built-ins around the fireplace (that I’ve always dreamt of!), a locker with a bench in the mudroom, install flooring in the family room and kitchen, put in shelving in our pantry, and update lighting throughout the house. All the wood work is custom and beautiful! Jacky has such an eye for design and can visualize ANYTHING! Our custom bathroom and shower is amazing! Every detail came together perfectly! One of the very best parts of House to Home is the people. The guys working in our home felt like family! Jon (Foreman), Ryan, and Frank had so much attention to detail, were so mindful and sweet with our 4 small children, and communicated so well with what was happening day to day with our projects. Jacky was always checking in and was so calm when I was being indecisive. It’s not easy having contractors in your home. But House to Home was so wonderful to work with that I was sad to see them go! The project was on track and not stressful. We are so happy with the work they did! They made our new house feel like our home. We hope to use them on more projects in the future!!

Working with Brian, Jacky and staff was such a pleasure. My bathrooms turned out beautiful. They helped with design, selection, and most of all they stayed within my budget and timeframe. Thanks!

I can’t say enough about House to Home. They renovated the kitchen in our hundred year old house which came with several problems such as cut floor joists and the removal of a wall. The team handled all the obstacles smoothly. Brian was easy to work with and Jacky has a nice eye for design. Absolutely love our new kitchen. Our experience from start to finish was top notch. I highly recommend them!
