Valerie Holub
Design and Project Assistant
Valerie’s passion for design has been the cornerstone of her lifelong career. After earning her bachelor's degree in Interior Design, she began her journey in the commercial sector, designing workspaces. A few years later, she transitioned into residential new construction- where she discovered her true calling in home design. Her talent and expertise were instrumental in helping smaller building companies grow into well-respected names in the industry.
When her children were young, Valerie made the intentional choice to step away from design as her primary focus. During that time, she obtained her real estate license and served as a paraprofessional working with children. While she deeply values those years and the impact she made, she eventually felt a creative void—realizing just how much she missed the joy and fulfillment that design brought into her life.
With her children now grown, Valerie made the courageous decision to return to her passion, leaving the security of her previous job to re-enter the design world. Today, she plays an essential role on the House to Home team—bringing a wealth of knowledge, thoughtful organization, and unwavering attention to detail. Valerie ensures every aspect of a project is carefully considered and effectively communicated from design through execution.

Austin
2nd Year Laborer
Austin joined House To Home with experience from a previous design-build company and has quickly become one of our most energetic and dependable team members. He is always willing to step up, tackle the heavy lifting, and do whatever it takes to help the team succeed. His positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn make him a valuable asset on every project.
When he's not on the job site, Austin is pursuing a degree in Project Management at Cleveland State University, further investing in his future within the construction industry. He also plays competitive hockey and works for on landscaping in his free time, reflecting the same drive and determination he brings to his work every day.
Austin embodies our core values of growth, teamwork, and continuous improvement. We are fortunate to have such a focused, motivated, and high-energy member of the House To Home family.
Xander

Xander is the newest member of the House To Home team, and from day one, he has brought a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and contagious energy to every job site. Eager to learn and always ready to help, he has quickly proven himself to be a fast learner who embraces new challenges and opportunities for growth.
One of the things Xander appreciates most about House To Home is being part of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do and takes pride in their work. His enthusiasm for the trade and excitement to come to work each day make him a great fit for our company culture.
Outside of work, Xander enjoys working on cars and motorcycles and has a passion for all things automotive. He is also a dedicated cat lover and dreams of one day becoming a professional drift car driver. Whether he's on the job site or in the garage, Xander brings the same determination, curiosity, and drive to keep learning and improving.
